The one thing I learned is that no one will ever ever tell you if they have a "good life" at any company.

I could be working in Micron 9 to 5 living a good life, 0 OT, ever while some of you OT like dogs with no OT pay. Why the fk will I ever share which team I'm in and how I'm doing it?

I share that then more of you join, HR finds out, my team gets fked and my life becomes worse.

lol sounds like my friend's colleague. Always say busy no time to do his project. Delay till manager ask my friend to do that colleague's project.

Of course, as the previous post mentioned, if i got good and well balanced life job, i also wont spill out la. later they track what company and dept , then they either want to join or complain to the HR. Cannot trust people.

I worked in Micron for last 18 years, earning 12k+. I was laid off recently, I got a severance pay package at n+1, it is ok for me. Finally I can take a long leave, planning to stay Hakodate for 1 month.

but just fyi, i am pretty sure u can get another job that will pay u way above 12k with 18 YOE unless ure telling me u barely do anything and nua for 18 years and ur pay is simply just build up years of increments due to inflation.
