Deh, Micron pay money for that survey and it mostly consist of third rated company , most of the other top company like shopee do not even bother to join. Plus , the company can also track if someone give bad review.

This year the IPP (performance bonus) only around 1 month, not very high leh.
Anybody knows whether the annual increment and OT pay will be reinstated to the employees by Mar 2023?
Or this situation will continue till end of 2023?

Micron is attractive because of the OT pay even for engineers cap at $7500.
The bonus also not high.
If this OT pay freeze continues for another year, people may start to leave.
