Depends leh. SWC is one of those work pieces that can be made extremely high profile and visible to all staff in the school. Organisational outcomes are also a thing in your EPMS.. if you have forgotten. This includes staff well-being, recognition and affirmation. This work counts for something. Don't underestimate. But you must be able to deliver la. It's a double-edged sword. Because of how visible SWC is, if SWC only gives lip service but never delivers positive change, then it might hurt your appraisal

not dissing swc work but u must be kidding to think it can demonstrate an ability to engage in higher level strategic work needed for one to have a high cep or get promoted beyond geo4 rank for that matter. go speak to ur P on this - if that chap is experienced enough and wants to be honest.

Will be promoted at a very slow pace given that most years it's around a C.
