Thanks to all who replied on taking short 1 week NPL for vacation during term time... looks like someone who's in the teaching service will almost never be able to travel out of the country to see "seasonal" stuff until they leave the service.. that's pretty sad.

basically if u wan more time to travel leisure whilst in service,
u r only down with either June/Dec period
