Previous GEO scale:
A 2.8-3.5
B 2.25-2.75
C+ 1.55-2.2
C 1.25-1.5
C- 0.5-1
D 0
Maybe colleagues can share data points to identify which version seems to be in effect this year? My own PB quantum fits both versions, unfortunately…

I am an A with only 2.8. Last year was B with 2.75. So essentially, I am only getting 0.05 more with so much more work

Posting matters
Hi,
Would anyone know if MOE can "pull" a teacher from a school and post him/her to somewhere else "by force"?

Yes, closed posting. Especially when there are manpower needs.

May I understand from most of us here don't get A or B? Or isit a norm to get A or B?
It's so difficult to achieve A or B for me.

In terms of grade distribution, most people fall into C which is why C is the average grade (i.e meeting expectation) and also why you need above average grades to have a chance at promotion. As to why you see most people getting As and Bs in this forum, likely because only people who get above average grades will bother to share their perf grade info but it does not represent the whole civil service or public service.
