How about SUSS degree cert? Is it recognised by MOE?

Does GEO scale (teachers) pay better than MX scale (ministries in general)? Or is it roughly the same?

First year teacher
Having just completed practicum, what should a beginning teacher do well in the first year? Should we focus the majority of our efforts on improving our t&l or should we also develop other competencies, especially if the school has indicated that they will not be assigning cca and form teacher duties? What qualities and attributes do leaders and ROs look out for in new teachers?

Have you converted from one scheme to another before? My friend who did so took a paycut when he was converted from GEO to MX. Not sure which level to which level though.
