If one is on NPL for more than 6 mths, how can one get re-posted to another school?

My understanding is that HR will automatically post you somewhere else.

You have to apply through open posting or through your connections.. In the past, HR will automatically post you to a school but this is no longer the case.

If you can't get into a school through your own means after more than 6 months of NPL, your npl will be extended. Have even seen teachers who eventually resigned.

MOE has changed fundamentally.

But with no laptop, how to get access to open posting?
