Do people really choose this job for the pay? Are they masochists? Or does the public really have such a flowery perception of a teacher's life?
Not saying that we have the worst working life - it's far from that. But.. there are so many better ways to maximise salary should one feel that salary is the most important factor in choosing a job.

Senior HODs can hit SEO 2 with a maximum salary of around $10k. Bonus is not so high lah. Some years, like last year there was 0 mid year and 0 end year bonus.

Get in touch with your previous bosses or colleagues and etc to find out potential job openings for FAJT. I am assuming you are a trained teacher who has left service.

Best is to be able to resign from full time teaching and go into Fajt mode after accumulating enough savings
