Also is it that MOE increment is 4% for all officers
and 9% for SEO1 and above OR it’s by amount of money?

Actually I find being ICT Champion and level coordinator (I am referring to being level coordinator for the subject, not for the level like level manager) does not really help to push up your grade unless you have really done something to fully affect the entire level. I was given those roles too but still ended up with C for those years.

There are things to do, just that not many people will take notice plus you will also stand a high chance offending others because not many teachers actually like the idea of using ICT during lessons.

Coz distance learning for next few months
Also must come up with distance assignment and possibly distance exams

I just check. there is increment but only $200..the range is not updated. by the way i got promoted to GEO 4 w/e from April 2020. still showing the range for geo 3.

Can someone verify and update here.. thank you. if it is only $200 then no point getting the promotion. without promotion i have been getting $175 increment yearly..
