Bonus for GEO officer

Does anyone here know how much would an average performer get for bonus?
ie mid-year,end-year,13th month plus performance bonus.

PB for C (default grade) is around 1.5 months.

Mid, end year bonus all vary year by year depending on what is announced for civil service. Conservative estimate of 0.5 months each - total 1 month (it really varies).

Add the 13th month bonus and you get around 3.5 months total?

Most civil servants with average performance are getting 15.5-16 months package every year (very stable). Higher performer can reach 20+ months package. Like that for 10+ years already. Why you so surprised?

May I know if you have been an average performer? C grader year on year? 10 years 7k seems pretty fast?

Hi just a genuine question here, if I have a degree from nus business analytics( computing), will I be entitled to teach mathematics at JC level?
And how does moe assign which school and what teaching level?

I am a master grad. Applied for JC but given pri. Given the recent school mergers, JC teachers are in surplus. The only subject in demand is GP.

There is no such thing as entitled. it really depends on MOE's manpower needs.

Hi,

Can anyone enlighten me on how long the contract teaching stint for untrained teachers is?

I notice that applicants who apply in March window may enter NIE in Dec the same year but those who apply during the June and Sept window only start school in Dec the following year.
So do they continue contract teaching while waiting for commencement of NIE programme or..?

Thanks in advance!
