Hmm, no leh, wasn't stuck at 3 ceiling. Maybe my starting wasn't great to begin with haha. Hopefully after April's MI will cross 7k.

I think that's the norm though? I don't think the average 7-8 YOE teacher gets more than 7k, especially for a Geo 4

I think your numbers are inflated... most 7 YOE EOs are just hitting 6k or at 6k+, I would know since my nie batch is currently at 7 YOE.
