Actually, for male honours degree holders who have done NS, one year is pretty much the norm, whether scholar or not.

How long does it take to promote from GEO 1 to GEO 2, then from GEO 2 to GEO 3?

If one gets a grade of C+, what is the minimum no of months of PB can one expect? 🤣🤣

I believe it's around 1.5 for C, 2.0 for C+, 2.5 for B. There's some variability - I've received 0.1 less before; so maybe 2.1 is possible for C+?

C can be 1.5, 1.6 or 1.75

Sounds like it's +-0.25 (which makes sense if the next grade is 0.50 away)

- 2nd upper Hons degree (BA) from top AU uni
- untrained by NIE
- some teaching experience

I will be placed under GEO 1 right? if so what will the pay be like because the range is quite big from what I see in the forums

If from ANU, with NS 3800, wo NS 3400.
If not from ANU, not too sure about its recognition level.
