Because our pay is not affected by our qualifications, does it mean by pursuing masters is useless?
Or getting a masters will help us in our career path? Like performance or CEP?
I like to study but I’m choosing should I waste my time because starting a family already 🤣 or go ahead and get what I want

Depends if you do it on PGA or PGS, which would likely give you more leadership opportunities upon your return. A short HQ stint is also compulsory. Needless to say, not that easy to get, and conditioned on your past good performance as well

Do the 7 years include contract teaching and NIE?
If they do, you should be around 5.7k now?

There is an EO premium when compared to the same sub grade at the MX scheme because the EO scheme is a specialised one. If based on movement policy and you change to MX scheme, likely about 10% paycut based on hearsay from people who actually did it. Don’t forget you also won’t accrue CONNECT plan anymore subsequently.
