Depends if you do it on PGA or PGS, which would likely give you more leadership opportunities upon your return. A short HQ stint is also compulsory. Needless to say, not that easy to get, and conditioned on your past good performance as well

7 years after fully graduate from NIE? Earning < 6 years? What do u think is the cause for the slow increment?
