I suspect a lot geo 3 after 4 or 7 years of connect plans, they will leave.
geo 4 and 5 are the ones who are sort-of suffering the middle child syndrome - nor here or there, but just gotta move up, waiting for the SEO people to leave/retire.
the longer retirement age is also causing big issue of saturation.

can't blame them, largest increment means they were underpaid especially those who are stuck in this grade.

Money alone does not solve this problem. We are not expecting the attrition rate at the geo3 level to slow down at all.

Makes sense. It can't possibly feel good being stuck after 7 years in the same grade as the BTs in one's school, no matter how wide the pay range is.

was just wondering if a masters in the relevant subject area is necessary to qualify for the specialist track? I heard (not sure how credible my info sources are) that it's needed for subjects like Mathematics/English..
