I think the official comms never broke down what it'd look like. If promotions are slow and the ppl leaving tend to be in junior grades, it might make sense to up the ceiling there even more, though yeah I'm surprised it's more than 10%.
(We only know our own grade with certainty, but let's see if anyone disputes it with first-hand knowledge?)

GEO3 here. Just promoted this year. Can confirm the 6250 ceiling is correct.
my own salary jumped around 9%.

Young officers are getting good deal. 9% plus the increase in the connect plan which is more in the earlier years. Seems MOE wants to attract more people into teaching.

Sigh. Don’t understand why the SEOs are getting more. Their salary are already so high and I don’t think they work harder than the rest.

Every person feels they do more work. GEO, SEOs, all think that they do the most work while everyone is slacking.
