RO. Unless you are on not good speaking terms with your RO, then go to SL better. You can probably initiate the process with HR at the same time, if you have already made up your mind.

Salary increase isnt even the solution. It’s the piling on of the nonsensical admin work and programmes to run. I dont even mind my current salary it’s just that the workload and salary not in a good ratio!
