Hi there, gonna participate in open posting for the first time this year, hopefully a few kind souls will help out here. Considering applying to HQ, is a resume required for that? Or just like application to schools everything is compiled by HR? Thanks.

Getting above 6K for 5 YOE is good
With avging 4-5 bonus including AWS
Your annual package is at least 96K- 102K

The way I see it, most of u are doing fine

I was still geo3 after 10 years of service. Gross salary below $5k. Male.

Many of those who has lesser years of service n whom have taken maternity once or twice already at geo 4.

Fed up n resigned last year

Now still jobless. Facing String of rejections now

Like schools lor.. Depends on where you are. Some postings more shiong than others. But more importantly try to sound out how the bosses are like. But again, this one may change since AD and DD also do 3 Yr cyles.

But on good thing is that there is a stronger commitment to respecting off work hours. So you don't get WhatsApp msgs from bosses on off hours/days. Unless truly necessary
