Her PB A sia.. I don't understand why she isn't promoted. She's always in various committees, CCA competitions and SWC. She never complain. She's a quiet efficient hard worker, a really good teacher. but still no promotion in sight. As much as I want to help, I've no power lor. I got promoted, but not her. My PB string of C+ lor, never had an A before. I feel sian for her..

Hoping to find out more from this thread for her... But I guess we will never find out why.

How would GEO subgrades map out to army ranks? Just for fun

have been in geo 3 since 2019.
How long must I be in geo 3 before proceeding to 4?
My PB for past 2 years are C+.
I'm a degree holder.
Do I need to wait for another year or PB must be B?

And who determines promotion?
I heard cep was raised the last I was promoted.

Your GEO3 promotion was in Apr 2019 or Oct 2019?

Scholar or non-scholar?

If your CEP was raised, perf grade doesn't really make a huge difference. C+ is not bad anyway.

Geo 2- LTA
Geo 3- CPT
Geo4/5 - lower grade MAJ
SEO1- higher grade MAJ
SEO2-3- LTC
Superscale- SLTC onwards

Somewhat reflective to the pay scale minus risk and other allowances.

You are only 3 yrs into GEO 3.
You probably have to wait for 2 more years as your performance is not excellent either
