Sorry, when you mention promoted, its promoted to GEO5 first right? Cos in the long run, A and B will reach SEO status.

At today's advancement rates, it's uncommon to see GEO3 to GEO4 in 3 years for non-scholars. Usually it's the scholars who get it first. You might get it next year if your CEP was bumped. Congrats on the A.

SLs cannot initiate the process. HR will inform the Principal of the officers up for promotion in the next cycle, then the Principal will give a recommendation or a non-recommendation.

As for how exactly HR determines who is up for promo, they don't provide any information about that. EOs have no access to such information.

Based on what all of you have been sharing, does a local scholar have a higher cep or promotion rate? Or it only works for overseas or EMS scholars?

Promotion increment for GEO2 to GEO3
 

Anyone knows what the promotion increment for GEO2 to GEO3 is? Is it a fixed amount no matter what grade you got for PB? I got a B and my friend who got promoted from GEO2 to 3 got a C+. Will we be getting same amount?

We will get a promotion increment and not merit increment right?
