There is a chance, but nobody can tell for sure if that will happen. Ultimately, whether or not one gets promoted is still such a highly guarded secret that nobody has any idea how it works. In general, very good grades, B and A, will put one in a better position for promotion to take place. Those who did a mid-career will also have much accelerated promotion.
You seem to do be doing well, just continue to do your job and when it comes, it come. Going to geo 4 will give you the pay raise, but you will also be ranked against many more experienced Teachers including KP. So you Perf grade might go down to b or even C+.

I started teaching after practicum around June 2017.
I was CCA OIC and committee head other than my heavy teaching loads last year.
Also, I was involved in NLC committee and shared at various platforms.
I also attained MSEA Gold last year, not sure if this helps.

Anyone has experience transiting from teaching to another job in public service under PSLP?

GEO 2 promote to GEO 3
I graduated on June 2020. Is it high chance that I might get promoted to GEO 3 this Apr? Or does it vary from school to school? Thanks

Was promoted to GEO3 last year. Heard that for the year after promotion, we are likely to get C for PB. Is it true?
