ICship is dependent on whether the school thinks you can handle it. I got mine as GEO3 right after finishing probation and being promoted. Actually, I took over as IC even in Dec, 9 months after getting posted in.

But admittedly, I was taking over a CCA that I have been serving in for more than a decade outside.

Yr P would have let you know by now to mentally prepare you for the work. I was informed in August this year but not allowed to inform anybody until school confirms deployment for next year during EOY meeting. P sat down with me agn in Nov with my KP to confirm it. Only SLs, your RO and certain KPs know of it. Some schs inform management team. All the best!

3. Salary adjustment affecting your subgrade (e.g. service-wide salary increase)

This one consider promotional or not? Or just normal posting

Does C- means like 2 or 3 years no promotion?

Do you know whether there is still a scheme for existing teachers can convert to full time school counselors?
