It's fully updated le. Just that promotion and merit increment is cut.
Geo promotion is just ~$400.
For seo promotion ~$600 is right

So? Salaries and salary progression at the GEO grades are absolute garbage. But the GEOs are the backbone of the service. MOE starting to become complacent because of "excess teachers" and not afraid of brain drain? Shed only the right side of the bell curve, lowering the average quality of teachers over time?
