Not totally accurate. The Sup has the discretion to pass a KP without an interview if they are going back to the same role. SEO is going yo GEO5A, which has a higher end point. Not all schools support part-time load too. My school has many eager young officers. One KP asked for part-time and the school made her give up the position. But for my friend, they allowed her to go part-time (but many colleagues were unhappy with her).

Overheard during a ranking discussion in the past. Just spilling some beans here that they should look into how officers are ranked in MOE.

Was the KP who raised this an old boomer? Or a new and young KP?

ML no problem. But if you take NPL after ML, then yes. NPL will pro rate.
