Most schools will allocate the quotas and percentages across all GEO subgrades, rather than by each subgrade. By subgrade wouldn’t be very fair because some schools might have a lot more people in one subgrade compared to other subgrades.

Stay away from it. Schools dont assign high value to NT subjects. Same goes to any subject teachers teaching subjects at the NT level. So if you are assigned this subject and you are trying to add value, SLs will not consider it impactful. That is how things are. Nowadays ranking of officers have become so competitive that little things like these do matter. That is why you hear often from this forum about the importance of being likeable - it can become a differentiating factor that moves the needle.
Another thing that may happen is you may be asked to teach more NT subjects (for your other CS) given the fact that you already teach CPA

This is not true. Ranking is across same subgrades, hence quotas too. However, quantum i.e. bonus, distribution of funds is across whole school.

After receiving Connect Plan, when is it possible to resign?
Dear all:
A noob question. Appreciate all sincere opinions.
Thanks in advance.
I'm due to get Connect Plan end of 2025.
I vaguely remember that the cut-off date to receive it is that by 15-Nov, I must still be in service.
So if i tender my resignation, and my last day of service is, say 26-Dec-2025,
Will I get to keep the whole amount without the $ being claw-back ?
Thank you so much again 🙏
