Other jobs are also having comparable time and effort compare to teachers. No big deal. The current pay scale is high nonetheless. If it is low, why bother doing it in the first place. Because the teachers satisfied with the minimum required package.

I am not a primary school teacher. One immediate thought, more after school activities. The day is going to get longer for primary school teachers.

Does seniority matter during ranking of officers?

A newly promoted GEO4 who holds some important responsibilities and is asked to tank for officer described below is given a C.

While a senior GEO4 who was on maternity leave + use up most sick leaves/CCL thereafter is also given a C grade . How does this even get approved by people who are tasked to ensure fairness?
