In my last work review session, my RO insinuated that my CEP is blank and I should just leave service. He is insisting he does not want me in his department anymore and would prefer stronger performing officers to one who consistently scores C- in GEO3. Does the school have the power to force me to leave service because of this?

KP below 55 yo shall remain for 8 years in a certain school, then they must move on.
not too sure how much choice they have
these could purge out some boomers
instead of the more capable millennials leaving

find me a clause stating must move on after 8 years?
my bunch of KPs have been comfortably resting on their thrones for over one-two decades.
more young ones who joined left because its all saikang for that 3k starting allowance... so much that some have to resort giving lame reasons to leave, like convert to be monk, pastor, or go prison.
boomers wont leave one, they didnt die from covid originally intended, you have too high hopes for them to go or pass on.

As long as you indicate your last day of service is 31 Dec 2024, you will be eligible to receive all that you are supposed to receive for this round of Connect Plan (Do note it is not the entire sum in the account, meaning you will forfeit a portion of it which is meant to be paid out in the future)

Does YIS exclude current year? Ie I started in 2019 so this is my 6th year, but technically I've only had 5 Years of experience.
