Hi all,

Could anyone share a recent timeline of their application (from submission via FormSG/impress ai) to offer?

I have a few applications with “needs approval” on the AI chatbot. Its worrying. No email notification or acknowledgement either.

Same for me since Dec 2022. Stopped at 71% till now

Was really surprise that I am going to resign after just 1 month.
The job is not ok but sometimes is the people that will force you leave..

This is pretty common everywhere, there are always people that make environments toxic and during NS you already see a very high percentage of them. No point staying and being unhappy, will affect health. Good luck with your next job! Hope it will be better.

I am a MX10 DD in another Ministry. My friends outside of Mindef ask me to apply for a Mindef AD position. I say why would I want to demote even if pay could be higher. They say Mindef AD = MX10 DD

Is it true?

Is DXO on contract basis as well? What are chances that will be able to convert to perm?

i applied in dec, hiring manager approached me 2 weeks ago
interview today, they immediately said they want me alrd haha

now waiting for official offer and clearances
