Hi all, would like to ask if a 2 years DXO contract is the norm nowadays? Upon the end of the 2 years, will I be immediately asked to leave?

hi no it is abnormal. Your position should just be temporary cover. DXOs are permanent not contract.

how come some of the DXO app outcome take so long to move on/reject?

checked the mindef AI thingy that they r using for the job app

one job app 2 Jan still havent move onto either further shortlist or reject
the 2nd one 16 Jan till now coming to 2 weeks already also haven't move on/reject
