why need 14 yrs to reach dx11? senior manager only i see frens 4-5 yrs get alr, need 10 yrs more do wad? orientation program mates 5th yr i see from osn alr assistant director already.

Bro, senior manager and assistant director 3-5 years can get alr. Nothing to shout about.

In fact civil service titles are inflated

Anybody knows recently how soon from site preview till offer ? Wil HR not inform verbal offer but screen first ?

Any pay adjustment for DXOs?

Back in March, I had my site preview in the late morning and by afternoon (3/4pm), HR called to say the unit was keen. Then, I proceeded for security vetting.

Thats nice and fast. Possible for screening 1 to 3 mths before HR actually make complete offer ?

Yea my screening took around 1.5 months

Hi, I also had my site preview and interview. There were no other persons on that day. It has been past few weeks already, does that mean HR is still processing or not being considered ?
