How much would a DXO expect to receive for annual base pay after 3 years? Male with NS, local uni grad with honours. Average/rough figures please (i know it varies)

a dxo wannabe would expect 6-8k and 9-5.30 work with 2hour lunches. And also expect 4-6month bonus

whats a MX13i? Qualification? Years since graduation?

Fresh grads start DX9. If you have more than 3 years of experience then likely to be DX10.

suppose you are a fresh grad when you joined with a 2nd upper.

say u promote after 3 years, then +1k (average MI is 200-250 per year, with another 250 for promotional increment) to your starting, so maybe around high 4s to low 5s?

annual base = 13 mths + 1.5mth (PB)... thereabouts.
