So after 5 years as dxo usually what kind of annual package ? Basic plus bonus plus extras etc

Typical CS
13 mth + perf bonus (ard 1.5 for C) + economic bonus (mid and yr end)

Just applied and HR asked for documents...is that a good sign?

If join as DXO, what rank I get? And how much is the pay range?
