Yup, i got my first increment after getting confirmed. 
You will get an email to say you’re confirmed and the amount you’re entitled to.

Submitted my application via formsg. Thereafter, got an email to fill up another formsg. Does that mean I am shortlisted? PT after that?

Not confident in psychometric tests, if I perform badly on them, why I be automatically not be shortlisted? Or is there a chance to redeem myself in interviews?
