Last year and this year with almost zero bonus fresh grad without honours 3k. So FCH maybe 3.5k
Maybe if u r some high demand specialisation you can demand more.
Don't assume that SAF biggest slice of budget sure good bonus. All the goodies are for Uniformed. DXO is like minion without any benefit yet always at the mercy of the uniform mindset.

Is this really true? Last year and this year with close to 0 bonus for fresh grad pay is 3k - 3.5k?

How does DXO scheme compare to MX scheme, salary-wise? Anyone cross over before?

dxo salary is a little higher, keeping all else constant, because we are in the DX scheme.
there's no cross-over from MX to DX (or vice-versa). unless you are seconded to mindef, otherwise all DXOs are on the dx scheme.

i guess just take all our inputs with a pinch of salt. you only would know when you're offered and not sure of how their salaries if offered with a blackbox.
no economy bonus for 2020 (pathetic for 2019, and 0.3 MidYr for 2021) but still got PB.

I didn't get a prorated MI in Apr 21. So meaning my first MI will only be in Apr 22? Or will there be anything upon confirmation, Dec 21 in my case?
