The HR will not give a formal offer letter unless your clearance is complete. This is for sure.

Just wondering if security clearance would be faster for officers who are transferring from another Government agency?

it was only 30 minutes and they did not ask alot of questions is this a bad sign

Can anyone share how the virtual site preview is like?

Went for a unit preview last Friday, spoke with two departmental directors for about 1.5 hours, and then they brought me around with a tour of the office.

They did mention they will send me a HR verbal offer this week if I am hired. Wondering about my chances? Was I being assessed during the 1.5 hour talk? Really would like a role at this job.
