yup can be. for me i submitted my documents only. still waiting if they will call me up for interview as mine is a executive position.

What's the expected reply time after submission of application form so far?

To everyone waiting anxiously - do not worry. We are all working from home throughout May so we are unable to conduct site tests / interviews. I am a HR staff from MINDEF.
