you're right - the civil service doesn't pay for masters unless the job specially ask for it, or that specialised knowledge is necessary.

assuming you start with a pass degree at 3.2, each year relevant work experience +200, capped at 5 years ~ 1000.

eh fake news mindef doesnt pay more for fch. as long as 2nd upper and above it's in the same band as fch.

means ure nt qualified enough for them to offer more for relevant exp.. who cares if uve working exp or masters deg if its nt relevant
