MINDEF DXO (All FAQ on it)

I have a qn: noticed that some people have advised to ask the hiring dept if you are the top choice or reserve candidate during site preview. Just wondering how do you go about asking them with the other candidates around as well..? Do you try to ask them privately after the preview? Will they really tell you the truth if they know other candidates are around and might hear their response?

Hi , i am a private diploma holder and is thinking of applying for the position of senior executive assistant (Logistics) , since the entry requirement is only O level , and i have 3 years of experience in store management , is my chances very low due to the fact that i am holding a private diploma cert? and is it a DXEA job? Thanks!

how long do ppl typically wait for each stage (e.g. after PT, interview) before contacting HR on the status?

Are they:
Executive
Senior Executive
Assistant Manager
Manager
Senior Manager
Assistant Director
Deputy Director
Director

How long does it usually take to get promoted to the next title? Thanks in advance

anyone that took psychometric test on 31st august or later gotten an invitation for interview?

For Manager positions that say candidates with no exp may apply, will fresh grads be offered Manager or Exec title?
