Appreciate that you could advise, I received an email to attend a written test 30 mins before interview. Can anyone share some light on what will ask or samples?

once again, im a nice guy. for me it asked something about your personal experiences(weakness, strength, difficult moments..etc.)

but ive heard for different positions such as defence policy, they may ask different questions. but if only 30 mins.. probably the former one i mentioned.

Mine was 2 qns. First was a generic one abt what values we shld embody. Second was a technical qn related to job i was applying for. But what they are reallllyyyy looking for is for someone who can get his or her point across and not make any grammitical errors. Note tt you wont have time to read through or vet your own work

Hi all would like to check what's the possibility of getting shortlisted if i intend to break bond from a private company to join MINDEF? Are bond breakers auto excluded from selection? Please advice thanks

I read from previous post, there is a phychrometric test, follow by 1st interview n 2nd interview. My question is, does 2nd interview consider offer contract? Or after 2nd interview there will b another appointment to offer contract?

Hi, anyone here went for the PT. on 03Mar, any luck for interview yet?

I got called up by the hiring manager to go for an interview for the psychologist position. I was told that there would be a written test and an article to read prior to the interview. Questions regarding the article will be asked during the interview. Has anyone been through this and is able to advice me on the topics and what to prepare? What is the article about?

2. Interview
3. Unit Preview (doesnt mean you are offered the job)
4. Medical & Security Clearance
5. Contract Signing
6. Report to work

all different days.
