Hey! Thanks so much for the info. Saw them at NUS Career Fair today so I was (positively) assuming that that could've been the reason for the delay. But guess I'll give them a call next week!

yup... sad to say. usually if they want you they would be keen to contact you fast to arrange a unit preview... not to raise your hopes up, but i received a rejection email to say my interview was not successful after 2 weeks. maybe as long theres no such email yet, you have a small glimmer of hope.

I joined the DXO scheme middle of last year( 2015),
my application was submitted some time end of 2014.
following are time lines i experienced:

psychometric test: near immediately after you submit.
1st interview: 3.5 to 4 months after test
informed of Unit review: within 2 weeks of interview
Negotiation of salary: 1 month after unit review
Signed contract: approx 6 months after first applied.

With 3-5 years of experience I received a mid 4K salary.

Does anyone here know the salary range for an executive position in HR for a fresh grad female with a 2nd upper hons?

A quick search reveals that the test got 3 parts:
1) Pattern test, abt 80 MCQs
2) Abstract Reasoning test, abt 60 MCQs
3) Personality test, abt 180 MCQs

Izzit correct. As I want to prepare myself for the test. It seem I don't cannot do well in the pattern test.
Any increment based on your last drawn salary, how many percents? Or they will just offer as they deem fit.

Did my PT in Dec 15. First test was verbal reasoning. So they give you a short passage to read like comprehension. Next was pattern. It is relatively simple so don't worry. The patterns are not that hard to figure out. I struggled with the last one or two but the front ones are all okay.
