Just got offered dx10, 6k+ pm. The first year in service is not entitled to any bonus? Any leaves or family benefits other than parental leave or shared parental leave?

I got the verbal offer from HR, i understood the leaves are largely following whatever that is listed on MoM side. just wanna know if there are any random leaves as a DXO, which i believe HR will not outright mention.

Nope, i actually got 6+ YOE and they are all related to the role. I thought the remuneration is slightly low, so now going thru some process to ask for a couple of hundred more. Do you guys know if chances are there?

I heard that they normally shortlist 2-3 and offer.
If the offer is not accepted, they move to next offer.
Rare to hear negotiation.

beccos they find u ok
offered u the position and the initial pay on provisional basis
then need to get submission to clear with Perm Sec before they can formally offer u the post
if ya gonna negotiate the formal offer further
then they will have to put up new submission to get bosses + PS agreement to vary the offer lor

DXO Application Process
Hi everyone, been keeping up on this thread for quite a while, and thank you for all the helpful tips, advice so far from this community. It gave me insights and peace of mind from some of my queries. But I would like to seek advice on my situation that I brought on myself.
I just submitted my G50 / medical documents, etc., 2 weeks ago. But I suddenly realized today that in my medical document, I forgot to mention an injury that I had in national service because I recovered from it for the longest time now. I ord-ed 7 years ago, so I forgot about that. Do you think it will affect my chances of passing the security checks due to misinformation and not being truthful?
I just messaged the HR to see if I could resend it because it's only 2 weeks in, and the past 2 weeks had Public Holidays, so maybe the background check process has not even reached halfway.
