What's an Asst Directory? I saw an opening for Virtual Simulation and noted that the job scope is essentially saikang; requirements seems to be just there for fun.

AD is not inflated in MINDEF. You'll get a senior MAJ/junior LTC pay.
I know AD is given to fresh grads in places like MTI.

AD in MTI might sound like a big whig, but it's not. It's like the most junior position (for fresh grads as mentioned) so basically a grunt and nothing special. Inflated sounding position to make fresh grads feel better abt themselves.

SID is definitely not under DXO scheme, don't think they are under MX scheme either.

May I know, from DX9 to DX11, how many years typically for each rank and approximate pay range for each rank?
I am aware of the 1 year probation and that's all.
