Does anyone know how long does clearance for CAT 1A take? It has been over a month since my security vetting session and still no news.

Does no news mean good news?

Cat 1A usually takes longer to clear.
your HR POC nvr tell u?
Could go a couple of months appx

Anyone know how to settle the issue of the job posting being reposted a number of months later, but I cannot reapply as my previous application is still "under review" in the mindef impress portal.

I would like to reapply with an updated resume/ profile/ experience.

Tried emailing the HR dxo email but there was not response.

Wait 6 months then you can reapply.

No 2nd chance within 6 months.

Likely it will take 2 mth — you will need to do ur clearance before HR firms up your offer. Now just have to wait for HR to do the processing

Hey guys, in my G50 form, I just realised I made an error in the entry ...

I know I'm a blur sotong ... I just asked HR for help but I guess it's weekend they won't answer...

Can this be resolved on their end or is it with MSD now ?

I don't know if it matters but doing research under the army if that matters

Clearance take time. 1 month is normal. If more than that, then concentrate on other applications. They cannot be rushing through one what.

If you see your job posting again, they probably just looking for more candiates. Panic for what? This kind of thing cannot control one mah.

If you made a mistake on the G50 form, just tell them lah. It's not like the world is going to end and they gonna fire you. You alr at clearance stage, they alr want you. Worry for what??

If you want info on pay, wait for the official offer letter lah. They want to attract people to join. It's not like they'll pay you peanuts.

Lol I think only the army dxo applicant guy/lady worry about his/her g50. And yeah, I agree that person is worrying for nothing, but everyone else seems pretty chill no? Anyways isn't this the purpose of this forum, to ask questions? Just a thought, no offence.
