Mostly I'm in operations and project management industry. Executive officer is an entry lvl for fresh uni grad and if I'm not wrong it's equivalent to dxo9. Which i work in that position for 4 years. Then after that I was promoted to Manager and work as 3 years. Recently I just applied for AD (operations support) and DD (Operations). So I was wondering how much i can asked for the salary and also do u think I have a chance?

AD usually looks for 8 year experience and above.
DD usually 12 years or more - DD in MINDEF are quite ‘senior’ - LTC eqv.

You may have a chance for AD - salary of AD is maybe ard 7k onwards? All the best.

Hi, was the one who replied.

the others who replied are correct. based on your experience, you are considered junior. There are plenty who are DX10/DX11 who have much more experience than you but not AD yet, due to lack of openings.
you should aim for Manager/Senior Manager(DX10/DX11). But since you have applied for AD, you can try if they call you up.
I would be surprised that they would even call you for interview for the AD post though. It just means no one internally wants to take that position. AD should be able to get at least 7k+ for entry level.

DD really no need to have expectations. DD DXOs are rare pokemon. very niche. unless you bring a very niche skillset and experience, else you have no chance.

Hi all, I'm a fresh graduate and I applied for a position way back on 13 September. I get no word until a call for an interview f2f on 22 October. I was wondering:

1) Is this process normal? I did look through previous posts but couldn't find anything

2) I reached out to the recruiter directly this morning but she ghosted me. Should I just presume this is a lost cause?
