Does MSD staff fall under the DXO scheme?

E.g. has a DX(x) job rank and are entitled to whatever benefits a DXO has (civil servant bonuses, allowances etc.)

If yes, can anyone share what kind allowances a DXO are entitled to above the gross salary?

32M with diploma with 8 years of sales experience if apply for executive scheme job will I be expecting the same pay as a fresh diploma grad?
