brainless, where did i state that it is lepak? i am talking about the lack of reward/recognition for the amount of work put in. in fact, i find DXO roles to be very tough and it is probably worse that most of the rewards go to the uniformed personnel.
since you can't even read, no wonder you sound so angsty can't get interviews.
and your points already exposed your lack of knowledge in reality. so many teachers break bonds. and doctors are also serving their bonds, no doctors have long term plan to remain

I applied to be DXO on 1 sep. i think there were around 200 applicants. Does it mean I am not shortlisted? What is the expected salary range? I am a fresh grad.

you need to give HR more time to process. you also said there are 200 applicants. they need to organise and contact the hiring unit after shortlisting and checking thru. also, there are many job openings, not just the one you applied for.
Not enough info for salary advice. but as a fresh grad, probably lowest is low 4k, depending on your GPA etc.

Mid $3k to $4k plus for fresh grad.
Those who completed NS get 2 increments more.
Honours grad get 1 more increment.

Male, 2nd upper from local university with 3 years of working experience which are relevant to the DXO role I applied for.
MHR offered high $5k for a DX10S position. This seems a bit low, based on past threads saying fresh grads are offered high $4k?

Fresh grad will get DX9. So DX10 is good.
DX10S is the middle range of 10.
High $5K is reasonable.
Fresh grad getting high $4K is a myth.

3 years exp offered high 5k. please take it. you are not lowballed.
fresh grad are about low 4 to mid 4s. estimated increment about 250 per year. so high 5k is decent.
