Can ask roughly how long the entire process took and how long did it take from the time you applied to you got called up to know you are being considered?

Once again:
Applied online: 3rd week March
Contacted for interview: 1st week May
Interview: 3rd week May and hiring manager expressed interest in same week
Started clearance: 1st week June
Clearance settled: 1st week July
Signed offer: 2nd week July
Note I didnt go for any tests (psychometric, writing etc.). No multiple rounds of interview too so my case is a lil unique.

Hello all
I recently went for interview with 3 positions at mindef. Current civil servant here. Thought for 2 of the posts, i had a good vibe from the interviews. But after the interview it was cricket silence leh.
I also noted that each position had their own interview styles … probably because MHRD decentralised the recruitment to the hiring units. It was very different 6 years ago when we had to do psychometric test etc.
My question is … what is the typical timeline that the hiring unit will let you know the outcome after the interview? Will the hiring unit call you up to tell you that they are keen to proceed? Or will you just hear from MHRD? Are they fast in getting back to you?

Sounds like a sabotage.
Did you let anyone know about the offer?
If you did, someone may have intervened
to terminate the offer.
