Can ask what is the site preview about. Because site preview sounds like you are more or less getting hire but ppl are still getting rejected.

Its just like an induction where they show you your working environment
Unlike the first round where a panel Will interview you. I think other roles may
Have different styles of site preview

Pes doesn’t matter. Do they have PA roles advertised online? If you meet their requirements then you have a chance! All the best.

Unregistered 08-06-2019 04:39 PM

Local FCH freshgrad with NS, i asked for 4k and HR says no problem with that figure at verbal offer. What amount should i be looking at when she returns with the contract? Thanks!

I don’t know, i asked about salary so HR said must wait for final offer but i asked for a range for the salary since i placed 4k as my starting, was told thats fine. Hope they don’t underpay me im fine.

I mean it doesnt cost to apply, so just try for it. Even you’re E, you’re still serving.

tbh a bit hard to get 4k with no exp expect a 3k plus bah....

recently i came across a fb post, fresh grad FCH ask for 7k..
outside market fresh grad starting is abt 2.8k to 3K... 4k a lil too high for fresh grad.

i hope you get what im trying to say here

Hahah. Its ok, i’ll just wait to see their card; I made my stand asking for 4k in the portal, and she acknowledged that no problem so i’ll just be patient.

I’m not sure about dxo/mindef actually but a few other offers from my peers in govt ministry and SB non-specialist were all 4s, and specialist scheme ranging 4.5-5s for fresh grad my cohort! The lowest i have know was just a couple of dollars lesser than 4 but the work benefit exclusive to the organisation compensated to 4k.

I was just wondering for fresh grad FCH Local Male at least 4 or not. Haha

We will hear from it! 7 is too much i agree! Ahah.

Unregistered 09-06-2019 09:48 PM

I am pretty sure you will get it. And yes, you are right. There are people with FCH getting 4.5-5k and its normal. Those with 3k+ are probably from non local universities like SUSS, SIM or SIT. Remain steady with your min 4k mindset bro!

Undergraduate FCH NUS $3200, recently graduated with a mba from nus with 3 years relevant experience. How much should I ask for dxo schemes? Assuming my last drawn is $3200 only?
