I guess when you join as DXO, you are paid to do the job so things get moving for Operations efficiencies. In the private sector, these are businesses that aim to generate revenue and the more money they made ,they are able to offer higher salary. That's the main difference why you don't compare both. IMHO

To add on, the civil service/ public service will never have salary or benefits better than MNCs. Private companies are answerable to shareholders while CS/PS are to the public and it's just not a good look if they do. Unless of course you're a scholar then it's different from us plebs lol.

Alright guys, made up my mind and I'm coming in full of apprehension that I made another eff-ed up decision in the long history of eff-ed up decisions that made up, is making up, and will make up my life. Never quite had it all together (according to my parents). Wish me luck.

That's normal. You're more likely to get updates from the hiring manager / interviewer

At the end of selection, will there be email to inform those who are not successful in the job application? Just wondering

Depends. Personally I didn't even receive an email when called down for interview. Maybe and hopefully they revamped their recruitment process to be more transparent.
