So the verbal offer call from HR whatnot, the details will also be sent in an email? Otherwise that's a lot of information to be communicated verbally and without black and white. I have experienced cases where HR said one thing over the phone and the actual was something else

So the pay range is with an average of 4k to 5.6k. Seems a good deal

Well they better be offering something decent since in my case they seem to want a fresh grad to do the work of someone with multiple YOE without any structured training. So much for bureaucracy.

What is the highest DX rank one can achieve assuming slightly above average performer. Is the total compensation package much better than the generic civil service MX scheme, seeing that this is a specialised scheme
