Hi, i was so called being offered by mindef HR.
They are putting up a proposal for management approval. I got a call from them a mth ago, HR asked me my pay range and i gave my minimal expectations exclude bonus.

To be honest, my current job gives a good bonus tagged to my perf over last few years (>4mths), bad times 2 mths minimal. Not too sure abt here but is it possible to neg if the approval is passed??

Anyone knows how much a fresh grad engineer DXO is being paid? Male 2ND lower SIT

I recently did my reasoning test and some written exercises for SID.
Interestingly, they also had 2 personality tests, one on site and one through an email url.
Does anyone know how long it takes for me to receive the results of the test?

Is this HR. Social media post already shows how slow the progression is, takes 14 years to reach dx11. Even if specialist scheme so what.
